Podcast booking, priced per job
Most podcast booking agencies sell monthly retainers. Trelexa sells the job: pitching to outside shows, a guest episode on our network, a clip campaign, or syndication of audio you already have.
$697
Third-Party Show Pitching
We pitch you to outside podcasts in your category, handle the booking back-and-forth, and prep you with talking points before each recording.
$497
Guest Episode
A full recorded interview on the show in our network that matches your sector, published with your links in the description.
$997
Guest Episode + Clip Campaign
The guest episode, then cut into short clips for YouTube and TikTok so it keeps working after it airs.
$149
Podcast Syndication
Already have an audio segment? We publish it to Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music with show notes and a permanent link.
How to get on podcasts as a guest
Whether you do it yourself or hand it to us, the steps are the same:
- Pick one idea you can own. Hosts book guests with a clear angle, not a résumé. Choose the one thing you want listeners to remember, and a story or number that proves it.
- Find shows whose listeners are your buyers. Audience fit beats download counts. Look for shows that interview people like you and whose recent episodes match your topic.
- Pitch the host, not the inbox. Reference a recent episode, offer a specific segment idea, and keep it short. Generic pitches are ignored.
- Prepare like it is a keynote. Three talking points, one story each, a clear call to action, and a decent microphone. Good guests get invited back and referred.
- Make the episode work after it airs. Share it, clip it, and link it from an article so search engines and AI assistants find a written page, not only a waveform.
What we do not promise
Outside hosts decide who they interview, so we never guarantee a booking on a specific show or a number of downloads. What you buy is the named work in each product. Engagements are final sale; see scope & terms.

Podcast booking: common questions
How do I get on podcasts as a guest? +
Choose one clear angle, shortlist shows whose listeners are your buyers, pitch each host with a specific segment idea tied to a recent episode, and prepare three talking points with a story for each. Trelexa can do the shortlisting, pitching and booking for you, or put you on a show in our own network.
What does a podcast booking service do? +
It finds shows that fit you, writes and sends the pitches, handles the back-and-forth with hosts and producers, and preps you before each recording. Trelexa’s third-party show pitching is $697; a guest episode on a show in our network is $497.
Do you guarantee bookings on outside podcasts? +
No. Outside hosts decide who they interview, so we sell the pitching and booking work, not a host’s decision. Guest episodes on shows in our own network are produced and published by us. Every engagement is final sale; read the product scope before you buy.
Which shows are in the Trelexa network? +
Our network includes The WorldWide Machinist (manufacturing), TheoSym (AI and technology) and Nourify & Beautify (wellness and beauty). We match you to the show that fits your sector, or you can choose.
How much does it cost to be a podcast guest? +
Many shows book guests for free if the fit is right. Paying is for the work around it: finding the shows, pitching, booking, preparation and distribution. At Trelexa that ranges from $149 for syndication to $997 for a guest episode with a clip campaign.
